What is You First Lite?
You First Lite is a flexible patient support programme for people who have been prescribed Cosentyx (secukinumab).
It offers you a wealth of support, without the need for a referral from your doctor, or you can refer yourself whenever you feel you need additional support. Please note that this tool does not replace any advice or information that your doctor has shared with you. Refer to your doctor when you need.
How can You First Lite help me?
You First Lite offers people like you, who live with psoriatic arthritis or axial spondyloarthritis, free additional support, all with the aim of helping you to stay on top of your condition.

Where can I find more information?
You can download this leaflet for more information on how the You First Lite Programme can support you.
The You First Lite programme will continue to support you whilst you are receiving Cosentyx. You can withdraw from the programme at any time, for any reason such as change in circumstances, achievement of health goals, no longer wishing to have support.
Your NHS clinical team will continue to manage your care; if, at some point in the future, they decide that Cosentyx is no longer the most suitable treatment for you, the support offered by You First Lite would end in the month after your last Cosentyx dose. Your NHS clinical team would recommend alternative treatments, some of which may offer associated support programmes, and advise on which options are best for you.
