The NHS is increasingly facing issues of patient backlog due to capacity constraints and the impact of COVID-19. In response to this, Novartis has partnered with Cievert to use their PROMs-based solution – Penguin patient management system, that can benefit patients and the healthcare system. The introduction of Penguin to support NHS services is proposed through Joint Working, a non-promotional activity focused on patient benefit.

Discover more about this customisable digital platform and how it could enable rapid assessment of patient need to help prioritise treatment and free up hospital capacity.

See how the Penguin patient management system works, how easy it is for your team to collect the bespoke information they need and how it could empower patients to be more involved in their treatment.
